Helping you live, play, and work well through the Alexander Technique and yoga.

About Cassie

Cassie started practicing the Alexander Technique in 2011 after it was recommended to help with chronic pain, which developed from playing the flute. As she learned more, she discovered the value of the technique as an educational method that can be used to find more freedom and better functioning not just in music, but throughout various activities and daily life.

Now a certified Alexander Technique teacher, her passion is bringing this work to others who find themselves struggling with the stress and pressure of life and work, or those who are curious about improving their wellness and functioning overall. She finds that there is an endless source of inspiration and growth when helping others learn about their patterns and habits in life, play, and work.

When not studying and teaching the Alexander Technique, Cassie runs an online yoga and meditation studio that helps people find time for themselves to move, rest, and breathe whenever they want.

In both Alexander Technique and yoga, Cassie creates a lighthearted environment that encourages playfulness and explorative learning for students of all levels and abilities. Her truest passion is sharing what she loves with others.
